Terms of Use

The service

EnigmaPlay is a store to install and update Enigma2 receiver plugins. It lists plugins published by their developers and keeps backup copies so they stay available.

Your account

• One account per receiver. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done with your account.
• Creating fake or bulk accounts, or sharing one account widely, is not allowed.

Acceptable use

• Do not flood the server, use automated tools or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not copy, modify, redistribute or reverse engineer EnigmaPlay.
• Developers must not upload malware or content that infringes the rights of others or the law.

Third-party plugins

• Plugins are made by their developers and belong to them. EnigmaPlay does not develop them and does not guarantee how they work or what they contain.
• The store does not provide channels, subscriptions or decryption keys and does not host any streams.
• You alone are responsible for making sure your use of any plugin (including softcams and IPTV apps) is legal in your country and respects the rights of content and channel owners.
• Rights holders can request removal of any plugin through the copyright page or support@enigmaplay.org; plugins shown to infringe are hidden within 72 hours.
• Plugins whose purpose is handing out subscriptions, card-sharing servers or pirated stream lists are not allowed and are removed.

Disclaimer

• The store is provided “as is” without any warranty. Any part of it may stop or change at any time.
• Installing system tools, images and softcams may affect your receiver; the store warns you first and you install at your own risk.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage, data loss or downtime resulting from the use of the store or plugins.

Account and receiver suspension

• We may suspend or delete any account that breaks these terms or abuses the service. You can delete your own account at any time.
• In case of abuse (fake accounts, fake ratings, attempts to disrupt or get around the service) we may ban the receiver itself (its anonymous fingerprint) or an IP address from all store services; the ban covers any account used on that receiver. We never delete or change anything on your box.

Ownership

The EnigmaPlay name, logo and code belong to the project owner. All rights reserved.

Changes

We may update these terms and will announce important changes through store messages. Continuing to use the store means you accept them.
